No agent advertising   €300

We will advertise and promote your property online and until sold  to buyers worldwide for a one off fee of £150 and you will deal directly with the buyers saving you up to 5% commission,

If your property is not sold within 3 months we will refund your fee!

After you have found your buyer  we will finalize your deal by preparing all the legal necessity’s and transfer papers.
